The latest Italy article from The Economist makes me wonder why Italians keep voting for this guy. He's creepy, corrupt, and generally not what I consider a good person. And did I mention creepy? Smarmy, even. Yech.
I'm mostly starting this blog because I hate the Goodreads app, and prying the laptop from my husband's cold, dead hands is pretty difficult. I'm hoping this will be an easier way to review books. Hey, maybe, one day, the NYT Book Review or NPR will discover me and realize they should be paying me to read books. Probably not, though.
